M146: `upstream/profile.patch` in series file but not in repository

Hi Team,

Instead of tracking your patches exactly and listing the ones we need we read the series file downstream and apply pthe patches that we want (typically only upstream || ppc64le). Unfortunately our process fell over today when portage choked on upstream/profile.patch. Is that supposed to be in the repo at this point?

For now we've just grep'd it out, so no big deal.

Thanks for all your effort!
