	* expr.c (operand <'-' and '~'>): Widen bignums.
	(operand <'!'>): Correct bignum result and convert to O_constant.
	* read.c (emit_expr): Don't assert on .byte bignum.  Don't display
	bignum truncated warning for sign extended bignums.
