	* configure.in:  Call.
	* src/Makefile.am:  Append results of macro to AC_CXXFLAGS.

	* src/Makefile.in:  Ditto.
	* docs/configopts.html:  Document.
	* docs/download.html:  Fix typo (close quote).
	* docs/footer.html:  Update.
