        for directives.

        (cb_undef): Likewise.
        (cb_include): Likewise.
        (cb_def_pragma): Likewise.
        (dump_macros_helper): Likewise.

	* gcc.dg/cpp/pragma-1.c: New test.
	* gcc.dg/cpp/pragma-2.c: New test.
