Only report physically possible DIMM sensors over IPMI

On Blackbird, all possible OCC temperature sensors for the Sforza platform are reported over IPMI. This results in 16 DIMM slots being reported via IPMI sensors calls, despite only two DIMM slots being physically present on the planar.

Modify meta-rcs/meta-blackbird/recipes-phosphor/sensors/phosphor-hwmon/obmc/hwmon/devices/platform/gpio-fsi/fsi0/slave@00--00 to fix this.
