Add another board-enable line for the Kontron 986LCD-M/mITX

There seem to be at least two versions of the board out there, and the
subsystem IDs changed between the versions.

Patch successfully tested on hardware.

Corresponding to flashrom svn r369 and coreboot v2 svn r3833.
