	(static_specs): Remove predefines.
	* system.h: Poison CPP_PREDEFINES.
	* config/freebsd.h, config/openbsd.h, config/ptx4.h, config/svr3.h,
	config/svr4.h, doc/tm.texi: Remove references to CPP_PREDEFINES.
