	xtensa/t-xtensa: Remove setting of STMP_FIXPROTO.
	* config/i370/t-oe, config/i386/t-netware, config/pa/t-bsd,
	t-interix, t-linux-aout:  Delete files consisting only of
	setting of STMP_FIXPROTO.
