	lowercase letter.

	* name-lookup.c, parser.c: Use %q, %< and %> to quote in
	diagnostics.

fortran:
	* lang.opt: Remove "." from end of help texts.

objc:
	* objc-act.c: Use %q to quote in diagnostics.
