        * include/debug/string (basic_string::insert): Add iterator check and
        pass normal iterator to normal insert.
        * include/debug/macros.h (__glibcxx_check_heap,
        __glibcxx_check_heap_pred): Remove __glibcxx_check_valid_range,
        already done.
